Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase which is why we accept returns only if :

• The item does not fit you
• You are not satisfied with the quality 
• Or you have changed your mind

In order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:

• The item has not been worn and in original packaging. 
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains. 
• The item is returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. If the 14 days has passed unfortunately the exchange can no longer take place.
• Shoes have not been worn and no marks on the sole of the shoe.
• Please note Bodysuits or swimwear cannot be exchanged. 

A House of Mahal store credit will be emailed to you which you can use to repurchase another item in future in case you cannot find an item to exchange with.

Please note all return courier costs need to be covered by the customer. Courier costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received your item and it has met our return requirements we shall email you back with your store credit information.
