Returns & Exchange Policy
House of Mahal Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! Please make sure to try on your item as soon as it arrives. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
•The item does not fit.
• The item has a factory fault .
For an exchange to be processed, the item must:
•Be unworn and in its original packaging.
•Be free from any marks or stains.
•Be returned within days from the day after delivery. After this period, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
•Bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a House of Mahal store credit will be issued via email. This can be used for a future purchase if you don’t find an immediate replacement.
Please note:
•Customers are responsible for all return courier costs, which are non-refundable.
•Refunds are not available, so please shop with care.
•Note that upon return, the turnaround time for exchange to be delivered back to customer, will be 7 working days.
